Man from Langham found guilty of pub assault in Oakham

A man has been found guilty of causing actual bodily harm after he headbutted a member of the public at The Griffin pub, Northgate, Oakham.

Terrence Gough, 27, of Ruddle Way, Langham, was given a 26 week sentence, suspended for 18 months, at Hinckley Magistrates Court yesterday.

He was also given a 12 month banning order preventing him entering the pub where the assault took place on September 29.
