Six men were arrested after allegedly attacking two pub bouncers during a power cut.

A brawl broke out at The London Inn in Stamford just before 10pm on Saturday.

One of the door staff was taken to hospital with facial injuries.

Police arrested six men from Peterborough aged 33. 32, 35, 38, 41 and 51 on suspicion of violent disorder.

The men have been bailed pending further inquiries.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the fight. Call 101 quoting incident 574 of July 27.
