Police have set their priorities for the next three months after consulting with the public at a meeting last night (Monday).

More than 20 people attended the Bourne and Billingborough Neighbourhood Panel Meeting at The Centre at Elsea Park to express their concerns about crime in the area.

Based on discussions at the meeting police have decided to prioritise tackling antisocial behaviour caused by groups of youths congregating in key locations in Bourne town centre, including the bus station and petrol station.

Police said they will be taking steps to deal with these issues, and will report back at the next meeting which is on July 15 at the Hare and Hounds Public House in Haconby.
