Grantham Magistrates Court
April 5: Mary Griggin, 51, of Empingham, admitted driving without due care and attention in Empingham on September 6 last year. She was given four penalty points, fined £135 and will pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Spalding Magistrates Court
April 11: Timothy Andrews, 55, of South Fen Road, Bourne, failed to answer bail after being arrested on suspicion of driving while over the legal alcohol limit. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Steven Diver, 50, of Rosehip Road, Morton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Morton on March 23. He was fined £265 and must pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Richard Holmes, 21, of Edward Road, Stamford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress. He also admitted assaulting two police officers. The charges relate to an incident in Stamford on March 23. He was fined a total of £305 and must pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Debra Hughes, 49, of Marholm Road, Peterborough, admitted stealing food worth £214 from Sainsbury’s in Exeter Street, Bourne, on March 26. She was conditionally discharged for 18 months and must pay £40 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
