Work is underway at the former Butterfly Farm at Rutland Water to transform the 11,000 sq ft space into a Bugtopia Zoo in time for its planned opening in May.

The most recent addition at the zoo has been the new crocodile enclosure that is currently being built at the site, pictured above.

The enclosure will soon be home to two 6ft crocodiles, which owners Natalia Matts and Jozef Modawskaare hoping to re-home from the Dangerous Wild Animal Rescue Facility in Essex.
