Bourne teenagers raise money for Wood Grange Care Home

Teenage dancers Poppy Hunt and Dolly Manzon raised £1,030 to improve facilities at a care home in Bourne.

The 15-year-olds set themselves a 48-hour dance challenge which culminated in a performance for residents at Wood Grange Care Home.

The donations will help to create a sensory room.

The girls performed for residents for 90 minutes before care home staff joined them for a finale performance of Jerusalema.

Care worker Kayleigh White said: "The residents loved watching the girls dance, and especially the staff attempting to dance.

"It was a fun filled afternoon and they are such wonderful girls doing this amazing thing for our residents."
