Planning permission is granted for retail units to be built at the former Ram Jam Inn site at Stretton in Rutland

Four retail units will be built on the site of the former Ram Jam Inn at Stretton.

The plans have been revised to maintain two-way access to the development from the village of Greetham.

Rutland County Council's planning committee heard last month that villagers didn't want to lose access to the existing petrol station and shop.
