On June 13 the village of Edenham held an extravaganza of family fun, to raise money for senior citizens within the parish.

Steam Action, a team of volunteers within Edenham Parish, hosted the free event in the village hall.

Members of the community enjoyed stalls, steam engines, exotic pets, vintage vehicles and games.

Organiser, Lucie Wilson said: “Steam Action would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who was involved and supported us on the day.

“We raised enough money to cook Christmas lunch in December for our senior citizens and put on a great pantomime for them”.
