A SPECIAL guest pulled up to a school to officially open a new building.
Whissendine Primary School has had a building with two new classrooms and two study areas built with money through the Better Schools for All scheme.
A “The Stig” impersonator went along to the school to officially open the building at the end of last term, much to the delight of the children there. They had been using a portable building as a classroom.
Even headteacher Robert Gooding was among those to pose for a photo with the actor who looked just like the star of the BBC show Top Gear.
