Leicestershire Police issue eight Covid-19 fixed penalty notices at gathering in Nether Street, Belton-in-Rutland

Eight people have been fined after flouting Covid-19 regulations to attend a gathering.

At about 6.30pm on Friday (March 19), Leicestershire Police officers received a report of a gathering at a property in Nether Street, Belton-in-Rutland.

Officers attended and eight people were issued with £200 fixed penalty notices for breaching Covid-19 regulations.
