Emas to hold first aid sessions in Bourne and Stamford

East Midlands Ambulance Service, or Emas, will hold free first aid sessions in Bourne and Stamford this week.

People can find out how to do CPR and to use an automated defibrillator at Bourne ambulance station from 4pm to 5.30pm on Wednesday, November 25, and at Stamford ambulance station from 3pm to 4.30pm on Thursday, November 26.
