This Sunday the 10th annual Stamford Dog Show and Family Fun Day will return to Stamford Meadows.

Organised by the Methodist Church with the help of Stamford Veterinary Centre and Pets Korner, the show is the main event in the Church’s fundraising programme.

The day will start with an open-air service at 10.30am followed by the registration for entries for both the Pedigree and fun classes in the show.

Amongst the competing, there will be alpacas on display, as well as a reptile tent, dog agility displays, a re-homing parade, a fun-fair and plenty of games and activities.

This year’s show will be in aid of the Nixon Memorial Hospital, Thorpe Hall Hospice and the Church’s Youth Outreach programme.
