Land used for a former horticulture business is to be developed for housing.

The planning committee of South Kesteven District Council approved the application from Geoff Baxter of Alston Country Homes, Deeping St James.

He now has approval to build 12 homes behind 151 and 153 Eastgate, Deeping St James, which will be demolished.
