SCHOOL pupils are celebrating after scooping two fashion awards.
Pupils from Stamford Queen Eleanor School are over the moon to walked away from the Lincolnshire Fashion Academy Awards with two prizes.
The school won the best newcomer award and Year 9 pupil Shannon Cartmell took third prize in the young designer award.
Over the past year eight pupils from Years 8 to 11 have been working with professional designers to create outfits based on 18th century fashion.
Excited Shannon said: “We were all really excited to be involved and show what we have been working on.
“I have enjoyed every minute.”
