Fire and ambulance crews busy in Stamford

FIRE crews were called to a false alarm in a town house and ambulances attended a car crash.

Two fire engines from Stamford attended a property on St Mary’s Hill at about 10.30pm last night. There was no fire and the property was not damaged.

Two vehicles were involved in a crash on the A606 between Stamford and Empingham yesterday evening.

Two ambulance crews attended and the drivers were treated for minor injuries on the scene.
