Firefighters attend A1 lorry fire, Colsterworth


Firefighters from Grantham and Corby Glen attended a lorry fire on the A1 this morning.

The crews were called to the lorry fire on the A1 Southbound, Colsterworth at 07.46am.

The blaze caused moderate damage to the engine bay.

The crews extinguished the fire using one hose reel and two breathing apparatus.

Cause: Unknown fault in engine
