Former St John Ambulance station in Stamford will meet 'serious demand' for town centre office space

The leader of South Kesteven District Council says the conversion of a prominent building in Stamford town centre into offices will “meet a serious demand”.

The former St John Ambulance premises in Elm Street, which is owned by the council, will be converted to provide office space for commercial use by local businesses.

It is hoped work will start in the next couple of months and take about three months to complete.
