“Instead I decided to focus my energy on putting recipes in writing, which I use all the time.”

She added: “They are recipes that nourish people and are simple but transform the way of looking at plant-based food.”

So far the 25-year-old has sold 50 copies of the book, For The Flexi, which is available in hard copy or as an e-book.
