Stamford and Bourne residents who need to make essential journeys will get free travel on CallConnect service




People in Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings, who need to make essential journeys will be able to travel for free on a bookable service.

Lincolnshire County Council has announced that all journeys with CallConnect will be free of charge during the coronavirus outbreak.

Executive member for transport Richard Davies said: "We've scrapped charges on CallConnect as a 'thank you' for our key workers and those who still have to go to work during the coronavirus outbreak. This also protects our staff from having to handle cash.
