Funding available for groups

Small not-for-profit community groups are being urged to apply for grants of up to £5,000.

Lincolnshire Community Foundation manages this funding opportunity and has £9,000 available in the final round of funding for the current year. The closing date for applications is January 1, 2016.

To date, the fund has helped provide: equipment to enable young people to access outdoor activities; seating and signage at a woodland; access to a nature and conservation project; funds to deliver numeracy, literacy and employability skill for young people; running costs for a local foodbank; youth club running costs; and equipment for a furniture recycling project.

To apply or visit www.lincolnshirecf.co.uk or call Sue Fortune on 01529 305825.
