Gardens at Old Hall in Market Overton open under the National Open Garden Scheme




People an enjoy a breath of fresh air in the coming weeks thanks to the National Open Garden Scheme.

Gardens at Old Hall in Market Overton will be open on Sunday, April 25, with beautiful displays of spring flowers, a great collection of topiary and fantastic views.

Teas will be available including Hambleton Bakery cakes with all proceeds going to the National Garden Scheme.

Tickets are £5 for adults and must be pre-booked online at www.ngs.org.uk.

All money raised will go to nursing and healthcare charities.

More gardens will be open next month as follows:

  • Burrough Hall on May 9 from 2pm to 5pm
  • The Old Vicarage, Burley on May 16 from 11am to 5pm
  • The Old Vicarage, Whissendine on May 30 from 2pm to 5pm.
