GCSE results 2021: live coverage from schools in Rutland, Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings

The wait is finally over today (Thursday, August 12) as teenagers across the area receive their GCSE results.

We'll be bringing you the news and photos from schools across Stamford, Rutland, Bourne and the Deepings.

Today marks the end of an an unprecedented time for GCSE pupils who have faced months of disruption to their studies.

They have been awarded grades based on previous work rather than sitting exams, and today will find out if they have achieved the results they need for their next steps.
