Stoke Rochford golf course is sanctuary for Peterborough City Hospital consultant




A golf course has become a crucial sanctuary from the stress of the coronavirus pandemic for a frontline doctor.

Since golf clubs reopened in May, Dr David Bailey, a consultant histopathologist at Peterborough City Hospital, has come to depend on the sport to escape and recharge.

David’s normal role is to examine tissue and cells under a microscope to diagnose diseases and help clinicians manage a patient’s care.
