Grab your tickets for designer clothes sale

Tickets are selling out fast for one of Rutland’s most popular clothing and accessories sale which is taking place later this month.

The annual Good and New Clothes Sale will be opening its doors to the public on Friday and Saturday, February 27 and 28, at Barnsdale Lodge Hotel and Restaurant.

Over 70 rails of high quality and never worn clothes and accessories will be on sale, including a designer room, children’s room, accessories room and non-designer area.

The sale, which has previously been held in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, will this year support the charity For Rutland In Rutland.

Funds raised from the event will go to help the Rutland Wellbeing Partnership, in association with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Organiser Elizabeth Mills said: “The annual clothes sale at Barnsdale Lodge in the Spring is the first For Rutland In Rutland, however it is still the same team, same event and same bargains.”

The clothing event will start with a ticketed sale held on February 27 from 5pm to 8pm. Tickets cost £15 and includes a glass of champagne and canapes from Hambleton Hall.

On February 28, will be the half price sale event running from 8.3Oam to 1pm, entry costs £5 and it payable on the door.

There will also be a mens clothing sale held on February 21 from 10am to 1pm at 33 Pillings Road, Oakham, LE15 6QF. On sale will be dinner suits, shirts, suits, jackets, ski wear, shoes and ties. Entrance is free.
