Performance of Handel's Messiah at All Saints' Church, Dunsby on Saturday




An opportunity to hear Handel’s glorious music, in just the kind of setting of which the composer would have approved, will take place at All Saints’ Church in Dunsby on Saturday, November 30.

A candlelit performance of Handel’s Messiah will be sung by soloists and an invited choir of local singers, accompanied by Marijke Harris and conducted by the Rev Stephen Buckman in the beautiful 13th century Grade 1 listed church.

Interval refreshments will be available for a small donation and there will also be a raffle.

The performance starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £10 from01778 440234 or on the door on the night. All the proceeds will go to the church to help with the cost of replacing the roof after the lead was stolen.
