The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Primary Care Trust cluster is working with GP practices across the county to review the accuracy of patient lists.

Clusters are required to work with GP practices to undertake a full review of practice registered patient lists, ensuring patient anomalies are identified and corrected by March 2013.

It has identified two groups of patients to target, the first of these is multiple occupancy dwellings of seven or more registered patients. The second is patients over the age of 80 who have had no contact with their GP for 18 months.
