Former Rutland County Golf Club site, which is now known as the Woolfox Golf and Country Club, could be transformed into a holiday village with lodges and leisure facilities

Businessman Chris Riddle is preparing to apply for planning permission to develop the 185-acre Woolfox site.

He and his father Colin bought Rutland County Golf Club in April with the intention of redeveloping the site.
