Runner Phil Wilson, from Horbling, handed over £1,350 raised through sponsorship for the Billingborough 10km race to the Cancer Research UK shop in Bourne on Friday last week (October 2).

Phil was joined by darts player Martin “Wolfie” Adams, osteopath Jo Sunner and faithful terrier Jack, who runs with him, to hand the cheque to shop manager Naomi Caddell. Phil has now raised more than £10,000 for the charity.

Phil said: “I am looking forward to running again very soon to raise some more money for Cancer Research UK.”
