Hustings to be held in Uppingham to help people choose a new police and crime commissioner for Rutland and Leicestershire




Hustings will be held in Uppingham to hear from the three candidates seeking election on May 6 to become the next Leicestershire and Rutland Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC).

The event at 6.30pm today (Thursday) is available to join on Zoom by clicking here.

Candidates will each give a short speech followed by time for questions.

The event will be followed by an update on the Uppingham Neighbourhood Plan, for which there is a referendum on May 6 alongside the PCC election.

The Rutland Local Plan will also be discussed.
