“If ever there was a good time for a lockdown for Rutland, it is now.”
That was the message of director of public health for the county Mike Sandys, speaking just a couple of days before a nationwide lockdown comes into force today (Thursday, November 5).
People must stay at home - unless they’re leaving for work that cannot be done at home, exercise or education.
