Morton goat farmer hopes to sell South African Boer goat meat boxes

A farmer is hoping to encourage more people to enjoy goat after launching a meat box scheme.

Phillip Knapp swapped a life of plumbing and pipes for South African Boer goats when he moved to the Morton area five years ago.

While his herd is mainly used for breeding, Phillip had sold some meat to pubs and restaurants in the area.
