For the Love Of Scrubs Stamford, Lincs/Rutland receives more than 11,000 orders in nine weeks

A sewing group has now made more than 1,400 garments for healthcare workers across 28 hospitals, care homes and hospices.

For the Love of Scrubs Stamford, Lincs/Rutland has over 1,000 members and in nine weeks has received more than 11,000 requests for scrubs, hats, wash bags and paramedic bags.

It was set up as part of the national group by Miriam Davies, costume designer at Stamford Shakespeare Company, alongside Jo Winterbourne, Bex Key, Lucy Thornton-Reid and Beck Rogers.
