Home Start Stamford launches gardening for children at Uffington road allotments

By East Kent Mercury Reporter

Uffington road allotments are holding 'Kid's Patch' sessions on Wednesdays from 10am to 12pm.

Kid's Patch is a club for children and their families to have fun outdoors by helping to grow fruit and vegetables. It is also an opportunity for kids to find out about growing and cooking their own produce.

The club will run during school holidays and term times and is free for all to turn up with refreshments provided.
