Lakeside Healthcare, which is responsible for 33,000 patients at St Mary's Medical Centre and Sheepmarket Surgery in Stamford, hears complaints at public meeting

Doctors at Lakeside surgeries offer a good service in Stamford - but communication with their 33,000 patients must improve.

This was the message shared among more than 60 people at a meeting of Lakeside Healthcare’s Patient Participation Group in Stamford on Monday evening.

High among patients’ concerns was the perceived three to four-week wait for a GP appointment.
