A Neighbourhood Watch chairman has called for people to sign a petition on car security.

Eric Tindall, who chairs the Leicestershire Neighbourhood Watch scheme, set up the petition calling for the Government to fit security screws to all car number plates at point of sale and MOT to prevent their theft. Visit http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/68647.
