Letter of the week: Response to low-traffic neighbourhood in Stamford

A letter in response to low-traffic neighbourhood plans.

As the low traffic neighbourhood proposal will affect only Stamford, it should be put to all of the town’s registered electors.

I would support it, provided that all of the following are done before it is introduced:
