A volunteer doctor, who helped save a woman’s life following a car crash, will be featured on a BBC programme on Monday.
Dr Leon Roberts, a doctor with the East Midlands Immediate Care Scheme, was one of the first on the scene after Sarah Baxter’s car collided with a parked tractor on the A151 at Grimsthorpe in July 2012.
Sarah suffered serious head injuries in the accident but has since recovered, apart from some memory loss.
The pair will be featured in a new BBC series called Real Lives Reunited. The episode featuring Dr Roberts and Sarah will be shown on BBC One at 11.45am on Monday.
