Local history will be brought to life with quirky facts and humorous tales on guided walking tours of the town, starting and finishing at Stamford Arts Centre.

Explore Stamford’s history, cobbled streets and some of the 600 listed buildings. Discover the secrets and meet the faces behind the Georgian facade.

Parts of the town centre have survived almost intact since medieval times and local limestone has given it a distinct look with Georgian architecture, intertwined with medieval, Tudor and Victorian influences.
