Love is in the air at Tallington Lodge Care Home's Valentine's party
Music from the likes of Frank Sinatra and Daniel O’Donnell filled the air at Tallington Lodge Care Home on Friday (February 8) as singer Jeremy Hilliard turned up to entertain the residents at the home’s Valentine’s party.
Around 30 residents packed in and enjoyed signing along to the hits of the 20th century from popular artists of the era.
“It was absolutely fantastic and we had a really good day,” said Diane Williams, the activities coordinator alongside Sarah Leigh at Tallington Lodge.
“The residents really enjoyed it and we had had cream scones, cakes and niblets.”
Our photo by photographer Lee Hellwing shows Jeremy Hilliard with residents Irene Peck, June Abraham and Alice Bowers.
