Man arrested for making threats to kill in Stamford




A man has been arrested for making threats to kill this afternoon after his neighbour contacted police about his behaviour.

Police were called to Lambeth Walk, Stamford, by the neighbour after items were thrown into his garden and verbal threats were made against him.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police said: "We made attempts to contact the man inside his house and when he did not respond, officers entered the house just after 2pm and arrested him for making threats to kill. He has been taken to Grantham police station to be interviewed."
