Man seriously injured in crash near Wansford

A man was seriously injured in a serious collision on Kingscliffe Road, near Wansford, in the early hours of Saturday, 14 November.

The single vehicle collision happened at about 1.10am. A silver Toyota MR2, driven by a 25-year-old man from Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, was travelling towards Kingscliffe when it left the carriageway and hit a tree.

The driver was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, with serious injuries.
