Man to appear in court over bicycle collision in Stamford


A man is set to appear in court next month in relation to an incident in which a cyclist was knocked off his bike in Little Casterton Road, Stamford.

Robert Foster, 48, of Northumberland Avenue, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on February 23 to face charges of drink driving, dangerous driving causing serious injury, and failing to stop.

The cyclist was hurt on September 10 last year.
