VOLUNTEERS ran a market stall to raise money for Bourne Outdoor Pool.
The stall run by the Bourne Outdoor Swimming Pool Preservation Trust, sold homemade cakes made by members of the committee and regular users as well as hosting an Easter egg tombola with most of the prizes donated by Sainsbury’s.
The volunteers were joined by pool mascot Penny the Penguin.
Committee member Hilary Addison said: “We were very pleased with the final outcome.
“Even with a lack of people at the market we still made £200 profit at the end of the day.”
“The people who did turn out in support were very generous and we are very appreciative for that.”
