THE Regimental Band of the Scots Guards will give a charity concert at Stamford School next month.

The band will perform alongside musicians from Stamford Endowed Schools on Thursday, October 6, at 7.30pm. Proceeds will be split between Help For Heroes and the Royal British Legion.

The programme of music promises to be outstanding and includes traditional military music and fanfares and music from popular films such as Star Wars.

This event is open to all and tickets are £5 from the Stamford Endowed Schools shop in St Paul’s Street, Adnams Wine and Cellar Shop in St Mary’s Passage in Stamford and Rasell’s Nurseries in Little Bytham.
