Misconduct hearing to be held for former Lincolnshire Police special constable Scott Wilson who was based in Bourne

A former special constable accused of assault is to face a misconduct hearing.

Scott Wilson, who was based at Bourne Police Station, will have his hearing at the Lincolnshire Police headquarters at Nettleham on Monday (February 3) starting at 12.30pm.

It is alleged that Wilson breached the following standards of professional behaviour:


It is alleged that on Sunday, September 29 last year, while off duty and during an argument with another person, he prevented them from leaving his house, forcing them to remain with him.

That sometime between Thursday August 1 last year and Sunday September 29 last year, while off duty, he assaulted another person by pushing them.

Wilson received a caution for this common assault on Monday October 14 last year.
