MORE than 40 children have been enjoying a week filled with activities at a village church.
The New Day Baptist Church, in High Street, Bourne, organised the Razzamatazz holiday club for children aged between four and nine.It started on Monday and finishes today.
During the mornings, youngsters enjoyed crafts, drama and games.
They also tucked into refreshments including robot-shaped biscuits.
Organiser, the Rev David Hughes said: “We run the event on the first week of school holidays which we hope helps parents to ease into things and we trust that the children benefit by having something to do straight after breaking up.
“We also trust that it will help to bridge the gap between church and the community.”
The finale of the event takes place on Sunday and is open to families.
