A “Music on the Bandstand” event was hosted for the second year running on Sunday by the Stamford Town Council Events committee.

It featured two acts, Identity Crisis and singer Chloe Lorentzen, 13, who performed with Jake Piechota, 15, on keyboard.

The committee will look at hosting more of these small events on the Recreation Ground.

Local singers or acoustic bands interested in playing should contact 01780 753808.
