Neighbours slam South Kesteven District Council over decision to allow dog kennel business near Bourne

People living next to a future dog kennel business on the outskirts of Bourne have attacked South Kesteven District Council for backing the scheme.

The council was slammed at Wednesday’s planning committee meeting as members revised the opening hours of the venture to be run by Mrs Beverley Bristow at 77 Spalding Road.

The meeting heard that approval of the scheme could not be undone, but that did not stop neighbours from speaking out.
