A PANTOMIME group has a new chairman.

Liz Paige has succeeded Tony Seamer as the chairman of the Stamford Pantomime Players.

Liz has many years of experience directing at Stamford Corn Exchange and wants to encourage up-and-coming talent to join the players this year.

The group’s next production will be Puss in Boots, from December 27 to 31, and casting is already underway.

The first read though will be held at the Corn Exchange at 7.30pm on June 11. Dancing auditions will be held on June 13, with babes at 7pm and intermediates and senior dancers at 7.45pm.

All singing and principal auditions will take place the same day at 7.30pm, with main character auditions at 7.30pm on June 14.
