Homebuyers searching for a new home in Stamford have the chance to snap up a fabulous property at Taylor Wimpey’s newly opened Stamford Manor.

The first release of properties, launched on Saturday, last week, offers purchasers the chance to choose from a selection of three, four and five bedroom designs, with prices starting from £400,000.

The impressive five-bedroom detached ‘Stamford’ showhome was also unveiled during the launch event and features an annex that has been converted into a Sales Centre, where visitors can find out more about the choice of properties available.

Taylor Wimpey started building the 70 homes in September of last year, as part of the first phase of the 400-home Exeter Fields development between Tinwell Road and Empingham Road.

Nick Upex, regional sales manager for Taylor Wimpey, said: “We are very excited to launch this stunning collection of properties, which has already received a lot of attention from potential buyers.

“What’s more, the gorgeous new ‘Stamford’ showhome will provide potential buyers with a tantalising glimpse into the life they could be enjoying in a new property at the development, so I would urge anyone who is interested to get in touch without delay – or they could miss out on their dream home!”
